Civil Services (HB) Ltd was founded in 1995 by Niels Nikolaison as a one-person operation — just a man in his van — and soon grew to become an industry leader in the region. In 2017 senior engineer Elwyn Smith joined as a director and in 2024 Niels’ son Brendan, a senior civil engineer, also came onboard.
