When they first saw a sign about the subdivision while going for a walk they thought “we could help this happen by using our technology and everything that we have to enable people to have the best chance of getting what they want.” “We are promoting land and build opportunities to potential clients who want a new home in a lovely area of Waikanae.” Smartway Builders have made use of technology that can convert conventional two-dimensional plans into a high resolution 3D virtual show home walk-through and this has been done for seven Liddle Estate plan options. “We are also using a lot of AI technology in our marketing, and other technology behind the scenes. We decided to invest quite a lot in the technology about two years ago to gain an advantage for our clients and keep up with the way the world was going.” “Even today we are working to make use of avatars in our marketing, which is a virtual person, and we have a suite of videos on YouTube that make use of avatar technology.” Complementing this is the modular pricing system that breaks down costings into multiple categories so the client can make informed decisions about the elements of a build and where they may wish to reduce or increase spending, rather than just seeing one total price. “This is one of the things that we do, to try and significantly assist our clients.
