| 19 Debbie Hart (main, Fraser Hart (inset).) REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT Manawatu & TRC Toyota - Palmerston North made us successful, and I’m going to keep building on those. “The overall customer experience is really important to us, so we are going to grow certain aspects of our business around offerings we can provide to make our customers’ lives easier.” As Fraser moved into the CEO role on June 1, Debbie is now the company’s COO, and she has a very important initiative to sink her teeth into. Debbie is now running Manawatu & TRC Toyota’s Future Leaders Programme, whereby senior staff are being trained and supported to gain a deeper understanding of the business and develop some new skills in preparation to assist Fraser in his role. “We are very keen on promoting from within and developing our team,” Fraser says. “We like to work hard but we also like to celebrate our successes. When our team is happy and enjoying what they’re doing, that filters into the customer experience, and they look after our customers so well.” Fraser is excited to lead Manawatu & TRC Toyota into the future and for the future of Toyota in the lower North Island. He says it’s a great brand concerned with respect for people and continuous improvement. “Toyota cares so much about its customers and is always looking to become better. As we transition into the future, “Toyota is focused on sustainability and the products they’ve launched in the past five years, particularly our hybrid product, are some of the best I’ve ever seen. “They are smooth, quiet, fuel efficient, low emissions, and they look fantastic as well. We are well equipped to head into the future with great people, a great brand, fantastic new products, and many loyal customers.” 06 952 3584 | info@humphries.kiwi | www.humphries.kiwi INDUSTRIAL | COMMERCIAL | RESIDENTIAL www.capturesigns.co.nz PROUD TO SUPPORT Manawatu & TRC Toyota
