McMillan & Lockwood managed to shave an- other month off the project deadline but this required completing the level two fit-out after Inland Revenue had moved into the building. The high-performance building was designed in six months, constructed within 18, and delivered ahead of time and within budget. Rob says the award win was a reflection of the whole team effort: “Our philosophy is that all our projects are a partnership and we need to work together collectively for a great end result.
