Just getting bigger as time goes by isn’t always the right thing to do.” Asked about the situation generally in and around Palmerston North and with COVID constraints once again a reality, Wayne says, the district is exploding with new housing, adding stresses to an industry already experi- encing challenges of supply time-frames and price increases. “I do have concerns about how this is going to play out.
