We handle the project from consent, right through to code of compliance.” Steve has been part of the Kiwi Designed Homes’ journey since 2018, when he went into partnership with Blair Ridley, the founder’s son. Most transportable homes are built in the company’s Hamilton construction yard, and then relocated anywhere from the Kapiti Coast through to the Whangarei in the north, with some in the Hamilton area built on site for convenience.
