Scott, who trained through BCITO, demonstrated exceptional skill and commitment throughout his apprenticeship. His project, a Clever Living show home located next to BP on London Street, Whanganui, was a testament to his deep understanding of building processes and his passion for his craft. “There’s a lot of work involved in entering the competition, and we are very proud of Scott,” Jodi says. “He’s taken it all in stride and is passionate about what he does. He loves his job.” Scott’s success has also inspired others, with several people approaching the company in hopes of securing an apprenticeship following his win.
