T T Richard Loader Property Brokers has once again made a significant mark at the REINZ Awards for Excellence, receiving multiple awards and further solidifying their position as real estate industry leaders. Winning the Innovation Award for the company’s groundbreaking Digital Solutions platform, was one of the standout moments of the Awards evening, says Mike Williamson, Digital Manager at Property Brokers. “This award recognises our continuous drive to innovate and improve the way we do business. The platform, developed in Palmerston North, has truly transformed our operations, making processes smoother and delivering an enhanced experience for our clients across all branches. It has unified our data, streamlined operations, and provided real-time insights. The advanced features have empowered our team to make better decisions, improve client interactions, and significantly boost property management outcomes, including an 80% increase in Healthy Homes compliance, which is likely to reach 100% by Christmas.” Honours also went to Bridget Francis from the Palmerston North branch, who was awarded Residential Property Manager - Business Development Manager (BDM) of the Year. As a BDM, Bridget’s role is to source rental properties and bring the management of those properties across to Property Brokers. “Bridget has had an amazingly successful year, bringing in over three hundred property managements, and for a town the population of Palmerston North that’s a remarkable achievement,” says David Faulkner, Property Management General Manager. “Bridget is a phenomenal worker and extremely experienced.
