Aaron says having a very close knit and dedicated team has played a significant role in the on-going success of the business. “While we’re not family, we are family and that is a huge thing for us. “We all see the same goal and we’re on the same wavelength as to what we want to achieve. “We have a huge range of experience within in the team from apprentices to very experi- enced workshop technicians. One of our techs has been with us for 30 years.” Aaron agrees that all his technicians are just as passionate about agricultural machinery as he is. “It has to be a passion because 90% of the time 5pm is not home time.
