Gardner Homes Whanganui specialises in developing its own land, which means great prices and quicker project timelines, says franchise sales representative Wayne Graham. The franchise has a number of projects underway at the moment giving people access to a wide variety of possibilities when it comes to building a new home. Recently released is a boutique development in Waitai Street in Castlecliff, Whanganui, a joint venture, which will comprise seven sites with the first pre-releases available now. “Located in a prime spot close to Castlecliff’s beach, golf course, and schools, this new subdivision will be a popular choice for a range of buyers,” says Wayne. Also just released is Rusthall Estate is a large lifestyle subdivision being undertaken by G.J. Gardner Homes Whanganui with 31 sites in total. Located just five minutes from town between Whanganui and Fordell, sections range from 5000sqm to just over 12,000sqm. Wayne says a real advantage is that people can own a lifestyle section but with town supply water. “People can build larger homes and stand alone sheds due to the zoning of Rural Lifestyle. We have house and land packages available and people can build a brand new four bedroom homes on a lifestyle block starting from mid $800,000.” G.J. Gardner Homes Whanganui has also just secured another 24 sites in a subdivision in Springvale in Whanganui on Mosston Road and Fitzherbert Avenue. Sections range between 400-600 sqm. Wayne says key selling points include that it is surrounded by a lot of new subdivisions and is close to schools, a rest home, and Springdale Stadium. It leads on from G.J. Gardner’s popular Tawhero subdivision with other stages to come. Wayne says there are also the last of the Tawhero Street subdivision being offered, just two sites left, of the larger subdivision. G.J. Gardner Homes Whanganui of course works closely with developers in the region as well to bring customers even more choice and has sections available in Campbell Place, Marton. Wayne says that G.J. Gardner Homes Whanganui was approached by the developer who had seen a number of homes the franchise had built in Marton in Hereford Heights. He says Campbell Place has got a nice rural outlook yet is walking distance to Rangitikei College, Nga Tawa Diocesan School, a prestigious private girls boarding school and Marton Primary School making it a great place for families to base themselves. It is also just two blocks back from the main street with shopping, cafes etc, and within 500m of the local pool.
