Featuring four bedrooms and two tiled bathrooms, the home is clad in a blend of Linea Oblique, San Selmo reclaimed brick, and cedar weatherboard that immediately distinguishes it from conventional designs. “The home is strikingly different, comprised of two wings joined at the centre by the entrance to separate the living and sleeping areas,” explains Melissa. “This configuration not only enhances privacy but also creates distinct zones for relaxation and entertainment.” The design and build process begins with extensive client consultation, often before land purchase. The team meets clients on potential sites to discuss options and possibilities, providing budget guidance and design concepts from the earliest stages. “We can give people an idea of what is possible,” says Melissa. “We work with clients to find the ideal section or can advise if they already have a section.” This collaborative approach extends throughout the entire project. In-house design and colour consultant Raewyn Mackie works closely with clients to create personalised solutions that reflect individual tastes and requirements.
