This shift in focus from a local based business to a nationwide company has led to significant growth, primarily servicing large nationwide companies,” explains Cleanline Tasman general manager Sefton Judd. “The bigger the company the more day to day challenges they face. Our software solves these issues around uniform and PPE procurement.” T T to page 24 He says Cleanline Tasman’s core strength lies in its ability to offer a complete solution, combining high-quality workwear and PPE with sophisticated online PPE and Safety Management Software. The software, a testament to the company’s dedication to innovation, has become a cornerstone in managing the complexities of uniform and PPE procurement for larger companies. “The bigger the company the more day to day challenges they face. Our software solves these issues around uniform and PPE procurement. It has shaped who we are today – taking pride in solving problems is at the forefront of what we do,” says Sefton. The newly completed Connett Road facility is a manifestation of Cleanline Tasman’s sustained growth over the past decade. Spanning around 5000 square metres, it is around six times the size of the company’s previous premises in Molesworth Street and encompasses the national head office, national distribution centre, in-house branding teams, research and development division, and the main national logistics – all under one roof. The facility will also feature a large showroom, allowing local businesses and customers to experience first-hand the innovative workwear and PPE solutions. “People will be able to come in and touch, feel, and see what we can do for them. This not only provides more employment opportunities for the region but also grants access to products and solutions that were previously only seen on a national scale, benefitting Taranaki businesses,” says Sefton. The facility is being equipped with cutting-edge technology, including a fully scanned warehouse management system, frequency guided picking equipment, and new branding equipment, facilitating a significant increase in output and offering added flexibility and storage as the business continues to scale up. 100% Local Great gear Better concrete Better service 142B DeHavilland Drive, Bell Block, New Plymouth Dispatch: 027 642 8225 E: admin@taranakimix.co.nz www.taranakimix.co.nz
