Vasist Property: Rangiora Ave Development DEVELOPMENT Wellington-based property development company Vasist Property is preparing to offer a range of completed homes to the market. “If people are seeking a new house build close to the city there is not much choice in the market,” says company owner Kumar Vasist. “These homes are for those who want a new low maintenance home that is of a similar size to a stand alone home built to all the modern specifications including thermally broken windows, high insulation rating and seismic resistance.” Stage one of Rangiora Avenue, completed in mid-2023, was an instant success, comprising 11 homes, including three standalone houses and the rest being duplexes. Now, with stage two in progress, Vasist Property is set to introduce eight up-market two-level terraced homes to the market in this development, the contemporary design, clad in brick and James Hardie Titan board, provides a sleek and modern aesthetic.
