It ’s vital to keep bringing the youth through and showing them a career pathway,” Hayden says. “Both companies are very involved in the local Matamata community and sponsor lots of local community and sports groups,” he explained. These shared values are important as both are passionate about developing their local area, which is now thriving and really going ahead.
