We’re completely invested in the outcome of every project.” McKenzie & Co. provided a full range of services to Tuwharetoa Maori Trust Board’s a ordable housing project in Turangi including surveying, planning and civil engineering. “We helped take the project from an idea to fruition,” says Jerome. “It’s about helping the client to develop an idea from paper into reality. “Tuwharetoa Maori Trust Board has a long term vision and its primary focus is on respect of the land and return to the community so it’s been a pleasure working with them.” McKenzie & Co. is also completing engineering surveys for the construction of the Board’s commercial building in Taupo. The four level building will house Tuwharetoa Maori Trust Board’s o ces and Taupo District Council. “It’s a major development in the town and will help bring the council together under one roof as it has been operating from various locations,” says Jerome.
