Pynenburg & Collins won a 2023 Resene Total Colour Commercial Interior Public + Dining Award for this project. “It was a pleasure to work on such a unique and inspiring space,” says Brahian. “We overcame some challenges along the way, but with hard work and dedication we were able to bring our client’s vision to life. We were grateful for the opportunity and so proud to have been involved in this award-winning project.” Rubio’s Pro is a specialist in bathroom and kitchen makeovers. The company has completed a number of stunning kitchen and bathroom transformations in recent months and has also noticed an increase in demand for new roo ing and roo ing repairs. “We often ind that one job leads to another. Some clients already have plans, but if not, we can work in with a designer to achieve their vision.” Last year, Rubio’s Pro completed a large-scale renovation project in a central city building that involved 16 bathrooms. “The project required a complete demolition of all internal surfaces, followed by preparation of the interiors to suit new materials and bathroom ixtures. The team installed new walls, loors, tiles, partitions, toilets and much more. The result is beautifully renovated spaces that provide both functionality and style.
