Commercial fit-out company Your Solutions has just relocated to new headquarters at 16 Ford Road in Onekawa, Napier, that will double as an interactive showroom, demonstrating its commitment to helping clients visualise their future spaces. “There are all sorts of finishes, ceiling, panels, lights, partitions, planter boxes etc for people to experience,” explains Adam Satherley, one of the company’s directors. “We will also build a new part to the facility where we will manufacture and store products and that should be completed by early 2026.” The locally owned and operated business, founded in 2011 and still owned solely by directors Adam and Troy Morgan, has carved out a distinctive position in the commercial fit-out market through its specialised focus and hands-on approach from management. “The company directors are still involved each project and as a company we have 14 years of experience. We solely target interior fit-outs which means we have specialised expertise across hospitality, retail and office,” says Adam. “This means we can really minimise variations due to our experience because it’s often little things that can cause problems further down the track.” Adam says the company’s approach centres on providing turnkey solutions, offering clients a single point of contact across all aspects of fit-out projects, from initial design through to final installation and project management. “We get in and get the job done without compromising quality. Our specialised in-house team of experienced builders, joiners and turnkey project managers, bring a wealth of expertise to every project.” This approach has enabled the company to recently expand beyond its traditional sectors becoming a preferred supplier for Hawke’s Bay District Health Board. It has already completed two significant health sector projects for this client: an office fit-out in Dalton House and a fitout in the City Medial Napier on Wellesley Road. The company’s national reach has been demonstrated through its recent completion of a major rollout for Big Save, which has expanded into whiteware sales.
