Chelsea was one of three finalists in the Manager of the Year category in the 2025 REINZ (Real Estate Institute of New Zealand) Awards for Excellence held in Auckland on August 18. The awards honour outstanding achievements in residential, commercial and industrial, residential property management and business broking, with 46 contestants being award recipients at this year’s event. Bayleys nationally were finalists in 26 categories, taking home 11 awards, making it the most awarded agency on the evening. Bayleys Manawatu Whanganui covers a wide area, incorporating offices in Palmerston North, Whanganui, and Marton, with 900 rental properties under management overseen by a team of 12 staff. Chelsea is based in Whanganui, with the Manawatu branch having been acquired in January this year. She has worked in her current role for three years but has worked in property management in the wider industry for 10 years and loves what she does. “It’s definitely [about] the people, from the different clients that we come across.
