Pro HVAC Solutions prides itself on working as a team, not a collection of individuals. It is this way that it achieves its signature high quality result for clients. “Everyone on our team has an important part to play in delivering a successful project,” says company owner Parneet Singh. Parneet, an air conditioning and ventilation design engineer with over 20 years experience, started his company after working for companies in Fiji and New Zealand. Pro HVAC Solutions had its beginnings in 2009 and now o ers clients a complete solution for their projects – design, installation and servicing/maintenance. Based in Wiri, Pro HVAC Solutions works Auckland wide and further a ield as required. It assists clients in inding the perfect heating, ventilation and air conditioning solution for their healthy homes, o ices and commercial and industrial premises. All installers carry their certi ications and are fully quali ied to sign o PS3 and PS4 installation works on completion for council compliance regulations and to meet the NZ Building Standards Code. Health and safety is paramount and all installers are Site Safe registered with on going training provided frequently in association with Site Safe (NZ). “We have our in house design team that works very closely with the client, architect, consultants and builders to meet all the requirements and provide PS1/ PS2 and Fire coordination statement for building consent purposes for Experts in Heating, Ventilation, & Air Conditioning building code G4. Once a successful design is achieved than our install team take charge completing the installation works to the best industrial practices,” explains Parneet. For Pro HVAC Solutions the relationship extends beyond the initial project and it can provide on-going support. The service team follows up with continuous service and maintenance of the air conditioning and ventilation system to provide Form 12A sign o for Building WOF. Pro HVAC Solutions is members of the Association of Building Compliance, Association of Consulting and Engineering (ACENZ) and the Institute of Refrigeration, Heating and Air Conditioning Engineers of New Zealand Inc. (IRHACE). A recent project was for Newtech in Whanganui, completing the air conditioning and ventilation requirements for the client’s new o ice space. Parneet says that Pro HVAC Solutions always aims to deliver a solution that is not only practical but also aesthetically pleasing. In this case custom grills were manufactured to tie in with feature ceilings. Another recent project was for SCS Logistics in Mangere where exposed ducting work was made a feature. Parneet says installation was critical on this project. “As it was a feature of the interior there could be no kinks or dents on the ductwork and there had to be perfectly completed joins. It was a real demonstration of the skills, quality and attention to detail for which Pro HVAC Solutions is renowned.”
