It is currently involved in the seismic strengthening project of Primeproperty Group’s 14-storey building at 15 Manners Street. This will see ABS offer advice on the removal of the existing air conditioning system and then carrying out a design and build HVAC upgrade. ABS is also completing the last fitouts for Primeproperty Group’s building at 10 Brandon Street, which has undergone a major upgrade over recent years.
