Retirement village operator Summerset have recently acquired 10.9ha of land in Mission Hills and are looking forward to bringing a new village that will complement the high-quality community environment being developed. The first stage of the development comprises 184 lots across four sub-stages (Stages 1A, 1B, 1C, and 1D). Section sizes in Stage 1A range from 430m2 to 900m2, providing a variety of options for potential homeowners. While titles for the first 54 lots in sub-stage 1A are expected in mid-September, titles for Stage 1B are anticipated in early 2025. Scott believes that the development will offer residents peace of mind, living within a brand-new community that is more resilient to natural hazards such as flooding. “Our vision is to create a thriving community in a spectacular natural environment that serves as a new residential standard for Napier.
