This is exactly what Dynamic Fluid Systems o ers to customers. It has devised a testing system and invested heavily in lab equipment capable of ascertaining, from an oil sample taken from a hydraulic system, predicted problems. And it is helping save their customers hundreds of thousands of dollars each year, says company director Dean Henderson. “Pan Pac Forest Products is a good example. They are avoiding breakdowns and iltration lasts longer because the oil is cleaner and they have told us they are saving in excess of $200,000 each year,” he says. “We are now promoting the service to more clients as many are not aware of it and it’s got such huge value for their operations.” New Zealand owned and operated Dynamic Fluid Systems had its begin- nings in 1973 and has a long history of success in helping clients with innova- tive solutions. Today it operates two branches – Auckland and Napier. It o ers huge experience in the hydraulics markets with nearly 50 years of exper- tise in service and design. It has one of the largest ranges of luid power componentry available in New Zealand from pumps and ilters through to accurate electro hydraulic units. It is manufacturers of Nylocon curvic gear couplings, aluminium and steel hydrau- lic manifolds, hydraulic power packs, cylinder and custom hydraulic parts. It is distributors for Filtration Group, Triple R, Eaton (previously known as Vickers Systems) and Casappa. Company general manager Anna Madsen says that Dynamic Fluid Systems aims to develop long-term, trusted relationships with clients. For example the company has worked with Pan Pac Forest Products since 1973. “We’ve always worked with them not for them,” she says. “It’s a collaborative partnership, the type we aim to develop with all our clients, where we ind the right solution to meet their needs.” Recently this saw Dynamic Fluid Systems install a new in-feed run changer into the planer in the Pan Pac dry mill. Dean says Pan Pac wanted to automate this aspect of their operation and this was the best solution. “Now instead of a guy going in with a screwdriver to make adjustments every time they want to change to a new board size they just press a button. It’s easier, safer, more accurate, and has saved them time and money. It’s the sort of innovative solution the team at Dynamic Fluid Systems comes up with every day for our clients.” Building up Relationships Dynamic Fluid Systems L I M I T E D CONTACT US 29 Mersey Street Pandora, Napier 06 834 4352 dfsnapier@xtra.co.nz 77b Station Road Penrose, Auckland 09 580 0480 vickersdirect.dynamic@xtra.co.nz www.dfsi.co.nz
