We’ve also been a part of training up many apprentices.” The electrical sector, Alister says, is one that offers plenty of scope to specialise and grow a great career in the process. While Alister concentrates on ensuring the team have what they need, with frequent visits to sites, Brett’s mainly focussed on the industrial and automation side of the company. “We’re a good team and I like to think we’ve got a very solid culture in the business. Our support staff are wonderful in the office and both Brett and I are pleased with where the company is now positioned.”
