Additionally, the company is working on another project on Seaforth Road in Waihi Beach, consisting of two co-joined dwellings with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two kitchens, and three lounge areas between them. It is also renovating Waihi Beach Primary School, involving recladding, interior refitting, and building new decks and ramps.
