Established in 2011 by Sean and Gretchen Walker, SW Plumbing now employs a team of 19, including 17 plumbers, and is expanding rapidly. Sean, who has more than two decades of experience as a quali ied plumber drainlayer and is a member of the Master Plumbers, says establishing good relationships with a client is the focus of the business. “It’s about delivering what we say we will and building trust. Contracting to NZ Strong, SW Plumbing has completed the irst stage of Aria Bay village and its success has meant its moved onto the second stage. The plumbing for the 60-room dementia care facility saw up to ten plumbers busy working on the site. Sean says delivering on time and working in with other trades on the site is key along with a lexible and responsive attitude. SW Plumbing got involved early in the project and its advice contributed to a hydraulic change to better suit the building when the initial plans were viewed. The result was considerable saving to the client in terms of time and money.
