The Trident Homes Franklin franchise was started so they could all join together in one business, take the next step in their careers and their customers could benefit from the advantages of the larger Trident Homes franchise. Using their industry knowledge and skills to run an honest, transparent, and efficient building process for their clients is the utmost priority. The eventual plan is for all brothers to become shareholders in Trident Homes Franklin. Everyone in the family takes distinct roles. Kelly is the contract administrator and accounts person, Tim the company estimator, Joe is the construction manager and Kurt takes on the role of managing director. Since they started the franchise it’s been trial by fire. The family has had to navigate the business through various Covid-19 lockdowns and material supply shortages. “We hope the worst of this is over now and we think there are some great opportunities at present for people to build a new home with us,” says Kurt. “We have established strong relationships with trusted local suppliers and aim to give people an honest building experience and real value.
