White Wood Homes secured regional gold for Waikato in the New Home $1.5 million–$2 million category for its Omahina Project, a 267sqm home carefully integrated into a sloped site on Rangitahi Peninsula. The Omahina Project features a self-contained flat on the ground floor and a separate three-bedroom, two-bathroom home upstairs, connected by a gallery-style staircase that offers privacy where needed and connection when welcome.
