We entered a number of pool design projects into this year’s SPASA Awards and won this major award. “Our pool designs are all bespoke and by winning not only the ‘Pool Designer’ award but also ‘Professional of the Year’ it was an amazing result and a great way to have that part of our business recognised.” Hailing from the Netherlands where they trained to be professional landscapers, Robert and his wife Ellis have been enhancing landscapes throughout Auckland and beyond since establishing their business nearly 24 years ago. In 2016, Greg Dreyer joined the business as a fellow director bringing additional skills and experience. “Over the years, scope, scale and complexity of our projects have progressively increased and we offer a full start-to-end landscape solution for our clients from design and pricing, right through to supply and construction, and we can even maintain it for the client if they wish. “A lot of our work is still residential, but equally we do a lot of commercial work in terms of housing developments, schools, and retirement villages.” Luijten Landscaping has recently completed a new purpose-built office, with a new warehouse and a showroom in Drury. “I believe this concept is unique in Auckland.
