TDM Construction’s scope of works includes earthworks, all services including stormwater, sewer, water main, communications and power, plus roading, pavements and landscaping. Their experience on numerous Ryman Healthcare developments throughout Auckland and Waikato, including the recently completed Linda Jones Retirement Village in Hamilton, means the TDM team has an already well-established understanding of the requirements for the Cambridge site.
