It won the 2023 Property Council NZ – Multi-Unit Residential Best in Category award, 2024 NZ Commercial Project Residential Gold Award and 2024 NZ Commercial Project BIM Award. Jacobsen conceived a custom carpet tile design for the building, based on the Headlands range by Carpets Inter Flooring and rolled out in various colours. Each oor is subtly colour coded in either green, blue or red. Samples were made and approved before the installation by Lovich Floors, whose team expertly installed the 22,100 square metres of carpet tiles.
