With Kalmar Construction, Gulf worked on the Proxima Apartments over 18 months, installing Illmod and Emseal Backerseal to pre-cast panels, grouting filling fire-rated doors, sealant to pre-cast panels, and detailed sealant work to balustrades. Gulf has undertaken two major projects recently with Macrennie: the DHL Warehouse, where Gulf installed compliant passive fire systems, and the KiwiRail building, also installing passive fire systems for the new office building over eight months. And with Hawkins, Gulf has completed work on the North Shore Hospital – installing detailed sealant work over three floors in the newly built Bariatric Unit, and Site 6 Wynyard Quarter, installing sealant work to external brickwork.
