We create a loorplan with the software we use and do 3 D renders which bring the space to life so they can look and we can adapt to match what they’re thinking. They can really be involved in creating that space so they know what they’re up for and once it’s created there are no surprises. It really helps clients get the end result that they’re after.” Modern O ice has signi icant buying power with an international network of suppliers o ering far more products to achieve a bespoke o ice interior than they can show on their website. Their experienced team is as comfortable with a refurbishment as with new spaces.
