BUILDING Rucon Construction On the back of this philosophy Rucon Construction has grown hugely year on year since starting in 2013. The company moved to a new base at Westgate a few years ago due to growth. Dan, a quantity surveyor by trade with over two decades experience, says the company’s immense growth is a combination of the busy Auckland construction market and also the company’s growing reputation. “We offer a personal service and I deal with every client personally. “We work hard to establish really good client relationships and as a result have a lot of repeat clients,” he says. Another point of difference is an ethos of what Dan calls “positively solving problems”. “It’s about finding solutions quickly and effi - ciently by working collectively together,” he explains. Rucon Construction focuses on commercial projects working New Zealand wide and can take a project from design to completion or just complete the build works. It has just completed the concrete struc - tures for a structural upgrade to an historic building at 131 Queen Street and a hospitality precinct called The Green at 660 Great South Road for client Oyster Property Group. Work has just commenced on a Fearon Hay Architects designed house at Coatesville. Dan plans to keep on growing his successful company but always with an eye to maintain - ing high levels of quality and the all-important personal building experience his clients have come to expect. “We always work very hard to ensure we deliver exactly what the client wants. “Client satisfaction is always the aim.” Residential & Commercial Quality workmanship Efficient, professional & Reliable service Contact Zane 021 265 4872 info@zplumbing.co.nz
