IMG now offers some of the largest plant and equipment in New Zealand with greater across even more locations throughout the country. Services include hydraulics, hose and fittings, mechanical and precision engineering, controls and automation, design and build, reliability engineering, cylinder and honing capabilities. Main industries IMG works for include marine, defence, industrial and energy, oil and gas. Christina says that IMG focuses on offering customers a total asset maintenance philosophy by building strong partnerships with customers, which allows IMG to understand their challenges. This often sees the company involved in design and build projects, which start from the very design of the application to the workable finished product. IMG is also focused on finding ways to increase efficiency of customers’ existing plant. She says that by finding underlying conditions that lead to machine faults and degradation, IMG takes a proactive rather than a reactive approach. “We are not just a repair workshop. We work with our customers to help them find better ways to do things to minimise breakdowns, use less energy and more,” says Christina. Increasing customers’ profitability through decreased machine down-time can also be taken a step further by developing Proactive Reliability Maintenance regimes on all hydraulic assets through collecting, trending and reporting critical data, she says. This can involve educating customers about what to check themselves so they can notify IMG if they find anything untoward in-between inspections. She says that the IMG team is one of the strongest in the country in terms of knowledge and now, due to its new facility, it will be able to travel more easily to customers. “We aim to work with rather than for our customers bringing extra value to their operations through our services.” “We are not just a repair workshop. We work with our customers to help them find better ways to do things to minimise breakdowns, use less energy and more.” HEPBURN ELECTRICAL LTD DOMESTIC ELECTRICAL COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS INSTALLATION & REPAIR MAINTENANCE Ph 07 347 8491 E: service@hepburnelectrical.co.nz 98 White Street, PO Box 1932, Rotorua 3040 Member Electrical Contractors Association of NZ MASTER ELECTRICIANS
