Jacob Pille, who along with David Skudder, owns the Northland business as JV partners with Generation New Zealand, says while the growth has been reȵective of New Zealand’s housing boom, it is also a result of having a very good supply of land in some very sought after developments including The Landing at One Tree Point, and Parklands Estate in Kamo West.
