Stellar has been heavily involved in the recent resilience and recovery work throughout the Northland roading network. “In conjunction with NZTA and others, we have worked on some of the biggest and most exciting projects in Northland including the Brynderwyn Hills Recovery and the Mangamuka Gorge remediation projects. “We have also been involved in some really cool projects like the design and consenting of the new boardwalk, shared path and diving platform on Molesworth Drive for Kaipara District Council as well as Kaitaia Water pipeline and bore project for Far North District Council.” Lucas is very optimistic about Northland’s future and says it is going to be the place to be for infrastructure activity. “National and New Zealand First see the economic benefit of unlocking Northland. You have development of Northport and hopefully the four-laning through to Whangarei and the Marsden Point Rail Link will go ahead. It will be an exciting time to be in the region, and we are happy to be part of it.”
