He also completed custom kauri cabinetry for the interior, which is open-plan design with an office off the hallway divided by etched glass panelling. Double garaging and a large outdoor decking area add function and value. Exterior landscaping, including concrete features and garden edging, were also completed by Jay Cowley Builder.
