With these four core values always at the top of our minds we create unique, bespoke designs for our customer’ living en- joyment and investment security.” The company’s latest development, Olive Green in Papatoetoe, is nearing its release to the market and Jasnish says the aim, as with all Nest or Invest developments, was to create a truly contemporary architectural design that stands out from the rest. The resulting boutique 13-apartment com- plex, designed by award-winning Archimedia Waikato, offers strong lines and angles with an intriguing mix of traditional red brick and modern white and black cladding. Inside crisp white interiors are defined by black accents in terms of the joinery. Jasnish says that Nest or Invest places im- portance on quality and so the bathrooms are fully tiled and Bosch appliances are included in the kitchens. Olive Green offers a mix of two, three and four bedroom apartments, each with a minimum one bathroom. The upper units offer private decks with glass balustrades while the lower-level units have private landscaped gardens. Thirteen car parks are also available to purchase. Jasnish says the development is perfect for families, couples, investors and first home buyers. Sparked by a passion for all things proper- ty, Jasnish and wife Eleanor founded Nest or Invest nearly 10 years ago. Backed by overseas engineering and man- agement experience, Jasnish started in prop - erty investing, renovations, trading before moving into full-scale developments. Marketing director Eleanor oversees all marketing and communications and works with Jasnish on all new developments from the initial design phase and spec through to the final handover to the happy new home - owners. The pair have already completed a number of successful developments around Auckland including Rimu Residences in Māngere Bridge and Alfred Residences in Onehunga, of which there are still a few available for sale. Located at 93 Alfred Street, Alfred Residenc - es offers 11 contemporary units of various sizes and nine allocated car parks. All units consist of a minimum of two bedrooms and one bathroom and the upper units consist of private cedar decks with glass balustrades while the lower level units offer private landscaped gardens. Also designed by Archimedia Waikato, Al - fred Residences is clad in a mix of metal, cedar and fibre cement board giving an upmarket contemporary look. Alfred Residences is perfect for couples, investors or people looking to downsize, says Jasnish. Nest or Invest also has a new project in development – On Coronation. Located on Coronation Road, Māngere Bridge, the mixed- use development will deliver 22 two-bedroom apartments, two commercial spaces and a restaurant facility to the market later this year.
