Great team ensures great results for Aspect A great team has helped Auckland company Aspect Roo ing to establish strong relationships with builders, development and group housing companies such as Stonewood Homes. “Many of our teammembers have been with Aspect from the start. This reputation has seen Aspect work on many projects in signi icant developments such as Auranga. Kyle says it boils down to o ering a timely service – vital when building companies are relying on multiple subcontractors on a job to ensure a project lows smoothly. Kyle says the expert Aspect team can also give design and product advice early in the project planning stage. A family owned and operated business Aspect was formed in 2007 by quali ied roofer Lloyd Berghan. The company’s strong team is coupled with strong connections with the best roo ing suppliers. Aspect supplies and installs long run roo ing and cladding, as well as metal tiles for new builds, home renovations or roof replacements. Kyle says this means a one-stop-shop for roo ing needs for clients as well as competitive pricing. As Aspect is Licenced Building Practitioners, customers can be assured they are getting a job that is to code and to a high standard. The company employs installers on sta and also works with a select group of dedicated subcontractors giving Aspect the ability to complete multiple projects simultaneously to meet client demand. Kyle says this is particularly important for group housing companies: “As our clients take on new developments and their business grows we can grow with them to service demand.” Aspect also works in the high end design space completing architectural roo ing and cladding projects. Kyle says this is a growing part of the business as people seek more individual upmarket looks. This is where the Aspect team is important: “Experience counts. Our sta has the skills to complete the more challenging projects,” says Kyle. “We even have a few specialised teams focusing on these high end products.” Part of creating a great company culture is placing vital importance on making sure its sta and clients are safe. Aspect is members of both Hazard Co, SiteSafe and it SiteWise Green certi ied. It has extensive health and safety processes and procedures, which all sta is familiar with and adhere to. It is also a member of the Roo ing Association of New Zealand. Indicating the company’s growth, Aspect has just moved to custom premises at 190 Marua Road, Mt Wellington. Kyle says the move will further enhance e iciencies as well as make for a great environment for clients to discuss their projects with the team. Kyle says Aspect has been incredibly busy as the Auckland property market booms. “We’ve certainly been busier than we’ve ever been. 2021 is looking extremely positive.”
