Mike says “Using our team and relationships with our long term merchants and suppliers we have navigated the shortages really well, to date we have not been held up on any build by lack of materials supply. “The team and system is excellent and we are forecasting in some instances over 8 months in advance, so we can make sure we have the materials we need on time.” Ensuring that communication is on-point and the focus is always on the customer are core elements to Cambridge Homes Auckland’s success.
