David has already managed one successful development and Childs Avenue is his second. “He’s a very good carpenter and he’s turned into a great project manager,” Jason says. “He’s a fantastic young guy and so we want to try and set him up in his local area.” The Childs Avenue development is also set to provide plenty of opportunities for buyers to invest in this bustling and growing community. Five of the 13 new build homes remain for sale and the suburb is experiencing significant capital growth with the population projected to increase by over 50,000 over the next 20 years.
