Abron Group T T Karen Phelps DEVELOPMENT Family-owned property developer Abron Group is offering a range of housing options to meet diverse market demands across the Bay of Plenty region. “We maintain control over all aspects of our projects, particularly regarding quality and timing,” says Howard Scott, director of Abron Group, explaining a key point of difference. At Tauranga’s Norfolk Rise development, the company has recently completed its latest offering of freehold title townhouses. The development offers architectural homes that are both practical and affordable. Each home features a modern exterior combining concrete brick, Linea weatherboard and Axon panel, complemented by contemporary interior-design schemes. Howard says these three-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouses distinguish themselves in the market by offering both a garage and carport – a departure from the communal parking arrangements typical in similar developments. They are also larger homes than the norm in townhouse developments, and of a high specification throughout. The strategic location in Brookfield, between the northern central suburbs and Bethlehem, has attracted a diverse range of buyers, being just five minutes from Tauranga’s city centre. In Katikati, Abron Group is approaching completion of the final stage of Highfields Crossing, a significant development comprising 74 sites across three stages. Being situated adjacent to Katikati’s Haiku pathway and Uretara Stream, means people can enjoy a serene environment within minutes of the township’s amenities, says Howard. He says the development has seen strong market response, with all standalone and duplex homes now sold. Eight townhouse options will be coming online soon with the first block of four due to commence construction shortly. These will offer around 130sqm of interior living space, including three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and garage plus carport. The company is also progressing with its Park Road development, also in Katikati, currently undertaking civil works. The project will deliver 48 architecturally designed homes, ranging from two-bedroom duplex properties and three-bedroom standalone houses through to two-storey townhouses. “These homes cater to both the retiree market and first-time buyers,” says Howard. Titles are expected by mid-2025, with a show home commencing construction shortly. The developer’s presence in Omokoroa is set to expand with two boutique developments. The first, at 11 Western Avenue, will feature six standalone homes ranging from 160 to 180sqm, with one already completed and sold, and two under construction. Its Manawanui subdivision at 60-61 Western Avenue represents another significant project, with the first stage comprising 10 standalone homes on approximately 400sqm sections. One spec home is currently under construction, offering around 180 square metres of living space with three bedrooms. In Bethlehem, Tauranga, Abron Group has commenced construction on its Carmichael Rd development, featuring four architectural homes. These two-storey, three-bedroom townhouses, each approximately 180sqm, are designed for families, retirees, and working professionals seeking proximity to Bethlehem’s schools and amenities. • Residential • Commercial • Rural • 24hr - 7 Day Service Proudly supporting Abron Group www.laserelectrical.co.nz “Totally Dependable” 0800 742 2846p. 07 889 3344 m. 0274 927 133 027 449 2826 / 07 578 3900 lifestyledoors@xtra.co.nz www.lifestyledoors.co.nz Premier Garage Door Systems in Tauranga A BEAUTIFUL & PRACTICAL ADDITION TO YOUR PROPERTY Drainage Repairs Renovations NewHomes Proudly supporting Abron Group Craftsman Plumbers & Drainlayers l i l 07 5710625 ontime@plumberman.co.nz . .
