This is to do with how we train our team and this sets us apart and leads to us being recommended which has in turn led to company growth,” says Irene. As a Samoan woman in the construction industry, she says she has had to forge her own path. "It's all about attitude and the motivation to succeed. Of course every business has its challenges but it’s about taking that risks and growing from failures,” says Irene. "I have strong management and relationship building skills. We have a really efficient business model with a team that has an attitude of giving each job 100%. I look after our workers and this results in better performance for our clients,” explains Irene.
