It’s about matching tenants with properties, and us providing both sides with honest accurate information.” Yvette and Jordan support the company’s sales agents with rental appraisals and through them get organic referrals, but they also look after owners that have come to them independently from all over the Waikato, as far north as Te Kauwhata and south to Cambridge and Te Awamutu. Using data from a variety of current sources, combined with their personal experience and knowledge of the market and what’s available in the Waikato as it applies to a given property, Yvette and Jordan do accurate appraisals based on reliable and well-researched figures.
