Founded in 2021 by Licensed Building Practitioner and quali ed carpenter Parmbir Singh, the company has already built close to 100 homes, an impressive achievement for a business launched in the challenging economic climate following the pandemic. “We pride ourselves on a true passion for building with a hands-on approach. Recent projects completed include four double-storey townhouses in Papatoetoe, delivered alongside a series of standout projects across Auckland. At Hart Road in Hauraki, the company built 15 homes in just six months, featuring a mix of triple-storey and double-storey designs with full James Hardie cladding. Totaravale Drive on the North Shore saw another six homes completed with two storeys, four bedrooms each, and also nished with James Hardie cladding and foundations. It also completed a full renovation of a three-bedroom home in Flatbush. One of its largest ongoing builds is in Torbay, where 23 homes on East Coast Road are now in the nishing stages for client Rising Sun Homes. The development includes 12 single-storey and 11 double-storey townhouses, representing the type of medium-density project that has become the company’s speciality. Parmbir says its partnership with McCore Group is seeing it undertake its rst project for the developer on Barrack Road, where 11 townhouses are being constructed in stages. The mix of triple-storey and double-storey homes began in late 2025 and is scheduled for completion in early 2026. “We have enjoyed working with McCore Group; they operate in a very professional way and truly prioritise the health and safety of all contractors,” says Parmbir. “We look forward to assisting them on further developments.” Natt Construction is now preparing to expand into commercial work, an evolution that aligns with Parmbir’s background in the commercial sector before founding the business.
