Rauland NZ: 6 Maidstone St DEVELOPMENT Rauland New Zealand is investing strongly in its future with the development of a new, purpose-built headquarters at 6 Maidstone Street, Auckland, a move set to significantly enhance how healthcare customers engage with its technology and services, says company director for Australia and New Zealand, Steve Gomes. “The new facility reflects the company’s long-term commitment to the New Zealand market and its growing customer base,” he says. “We wanted a bespoke building that our team could operate from. It will include an experience centre that clients can visit to use the technology. We also wanted to invest in our presence in the New Zealand market, and our previous site was too small. This new site will also prepare us for further expansion.” Designed specifically for the business, the building will support collaboration between clinical teams, IT leaders and management, enabling a clearer understanding of how integrated digital care solutions can transform healthcare delivery. Steve says it also reinforces Rauland New Zealand’s role as a local partner, with technology developed and supported close to the market it serves. “The new headquarters will provide a central hub where customers can collaborate directly with Rauland New Zealand on the solutions they want to deploy. “Rather than travelling to multiple hospital sites to view systems already in use, clients will be able to experience the full range of technology in one place, allowing faster, more informed decision-making,” he says. At the heart of its offering is the Concentric Care platform, a unified suite of digital health technologies designed to improve communication, collaboration and workflow across healthcare environments. The platform brings together multiple systems into a single, integrated ecosystem that supports hospitals, aged care providers and enterprise-level healthcare organisations. Key solutions include Responder Enterprise, a nurse call and workflow system that improves response times, reduces noise and enables two-way communication between staff and patients, and Reach, a critical communication and duress solution that supports staff safety and coordinated emergency response. Recent innovations also include Concierge, a patient and resident engagement solution that provides interactive entertainment, education and communication at the bedside. “The system allows patients to stay connected while also reducing the workload on clinical staff by streamlining requests and information sharing.,” says Steve. “Other technologies within the platform address care monitoring, real-time location services, clinical decision support and analytics, helping organisations reduce falls, improve workflow visibility and enhance safety.” Rauland New Zealand has been operating in the country for around 20 years and supports more than 400 customers across New Zealand and Australia. Its clients include major healthcare providers such as Wakefield Hospital, Christchurch Hospital, Middlemore Hospital and Dunedin Hospital, where its solutions are already deployed. Steve says the new headquarters will allow customers to trial these technologies in a realistic, hands-on environment. “Previously, clients often had to visit live hospital sites to see our technology in action. “Now they will be able to make decisions and try the technology at our headquarters, while still having the option to visit deployed sites if they choose,” he says. With its new home set to open in 2026, Steve says Rauland New Zealand is positioning itself to deliver faster innovation, deeper collaboration and improved outcomes for healthcare providers across the country. “We are very invested in our operation in New Zealand,” he says. “This new headquarters demonstrates that commitment and ensures we can continue to support customers as their needs evolve.” “The system allows patients to stay connected while also reducing the workload on clinical staff by streamlining requests and information sharing.” D HWRIGHT P L U M B I N G L T D Mike Owston-Doyle 021 931 500 Phone: 09 571 3051 Email: mike@dhwright.co.nz We are very proud to be associated with Rauland NZ on this project COMMERCIAL - RESIDENTIAL - MAINTENANCE 18 Hill St, Onehunga | Ph: (09) 636 8742 Email: office@noshock.co.nz | www.noshock.co.nz Residential | Commercial | Maintenance
