Signature Homes Hamilton - Rototuna Village RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT S ignature Homes Waikato has two show- homes people can visit in the Kimbrae subdivision in Rototuna. One black, one white – both represent dif- ferent offerings, appealing to distinct markets, says Signature Homes Waikato co-owner Andrew Buttimore. He says both showhomes have proved so popular that a number of similar designs have already been built for customers in multiple locations. Located at 27 Kimbrae Drive, the white showhome based on the company’s Heron plan from its Smart Collection, is a light and bright four-bedroom home that is great value for money. The home’s exterior features brick and James Hardie Linea cladding for a classic feel, while the interior features open-plan living with a separate lounge and generous sized bedrooms. Andrew says the plan is suited to interior spec changes but not structural changes as it has been carefully designed to maximise a client’s budget. Next door at 29 Kimbrae Drive, the sleek modern black four bedrom home is built to the Pacific Collection specifications, which promises designer features at an affordable price. The exterior features painted brick and James Hardie Linea Oblique cladding for a striking streetfront, while the raked ceilings through the kitchen, dining and living areas provide a real sense of light and space. This plan offers full flexibility with struc- tural and spec changes possible meaning clients can fully customise it to suit their requirements. Inside it has polished concrete floors and offers a covered portico for great indoor-outdoor living options. Signature Homes Waikato has already com- pleted a number of homes in Kimbrae and has more underway. Current section releases have sold out but people can register interest for the next imminent release, which will include options for stand-alone homes, duplexes and terraced houses. Andrew says the unbeatable location, mod- ern amenities and great high school located nearby have all been big selling points. Working with Kirkdale Developments has been a breeze, he says. “They have been ex- tremely good to deal with and have produced a great product.” Signature Homes Waikato is co-owned and operated by Andrew, his brother Jamie and Keir Bettley, all Hamilton born and bred. Jamie is a Licensed Building Practitioners and have 30 years combined industry experience as project managers and builders. Keir comes from a financial background making for a winning combination.
