Later, when they are ready to take the next step, we are there to help them move up the property ladder into their next dream home.” The company’s most recent development Patumahoe Hill, which is still under construc- tion, has proved incredibly popular with all 76 sections already sold. Anthony says that Searle Group is the larg- est land developer working in the Patumahoe area and has been for some years. Searle Group is also undertaking a second subdivision in the Patumahoe area, which will deliver an additional 31 lots to the market resulting in Searle Group providing over 300 residential lots to the Patumahoe area to date. Civil works for the 31 lot subdivision have already started. This second project has not been released to the market yet but demand to date already exceeds the availability of these additional sections, says Anthony. Searle Group is a family based 100% New Zealand owned private company, which was started by Anthony’s parents Stuart and Vivien in 1971. Searle Group specialises in residential prop- erty development and property investment, purchasing greenfield sites then developing them into successful subdivisions is the com- pany’s focus. Anthony says that Searle Group seeks opportunities in niche areas with a unique aspect and point of difference whether it is the location, a view ,or something else that ultimately attracts purchasers to have trust and confidence projects.
