To replace these properties Searle Group is working on the planning of a large lifestyle subdivision in Pukekohe East, which is in an area identified for significant future growth. An approximately 90-lot residential subdi- vision in Coromandel Township as well as a 68 lot subdivision on Pukekohe Hill offering stunning views of the greater Auckland area are currently awaiting council and regulatory approvals.
