It’s a combination of two of the company’s designs, showcasing the flexibility and options available, says company sales manager Craig De Goldi. “We can customise floor plans, change dimensions and layouts to suit individual requirements. It challenges perceptions of what a prefabricated transportable home can be,” he says. The 122sqm beach style home comprises three bedrooms including master bedroom with ensuite, separate bathroom and open plan living/dining/kitchen. Clad in striking dark vertical board with feature natural cladding, the home has a distinctly modern, designer look. Inside raked ceilings, LED strip lighting under the kitchen island bench and an eye catching feature wall in the entranceway really makes the home unique, says Craig.
